Skyline is a team of experienced investors and cybersecurity operators dedicated to supporting and scaling exceptional companies.
Aashish brings a global investor’s eye and an operator’s pragmatism to Skyline. Before co-founding the firm, he spent a decade investing across public and private markets — most recently as a Research Analyst with TSW (Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley) and previously with Newport Asia, where he covered developed and emerging markets and built fundamental models to size and time high-conviction positions. Earlier, he worked on the Fixed Income Structured Credit desk at Barclays in Mumbai and Singapore, giving him a deep understanding of capital markets and risk.
At Skyline, Aashish co-leads the investment committee, sets sector roadmaps, and focuses on disciplined capital allocation — blending buy-side rigor with a founder’s instinct for value creation. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras.
Michael is an investor and operator focused on continuing to acquire and scale lower-middle-market companies, with a core emphasis on cybersecurity and technology-enabled services. He currently owns a software developer focused on serving Managed Security Services.
Before Skyline, Michael executed more than $100M in deal volume across private equity and independent sponsor platforms, developing a disciplined approach to diligence, financial modeling, and complex capital structures. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force, where he led daily operations across several healthcare clinics serving 10,000 patients annually. Michael also has experience in turnaround management, distressed situations, and middle-market software, with a focus on building scalable systems, KPIs, and integration processes.
